Avacado Summer Salad

Here's a recipe for a delish salad I invented today for lunch.

Avacado Summer Salad

WARNING!!! This recipe is serious GIRL FOOD! Do not attempt to feed to male characters! Serves one.

Ingredients: Half avacado, cube-ished

8 cherry tomatoes, sliced SUPER thinly

2 green onions, sliced

1/4 cup cottage cheese

2 tsp lemon juice

Black pepper

Leaf of big Romaine lettuce, rinsed

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Spoon onto leaf of lettuce. Fold. Eat.
