For lunch today, I had Egg and Banana pancakes. Here's the recipe for these delicious pancakes packed with potassium and protein.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 banana
nutella or another substitute (optional)
Mash the banana and mix well with the egg. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking oil (pam, i think it's called...) and cook them well on medium heat until brownish. Spread with yummynummy nutella and eat.
Yeah, they look gross, but are you going to risk that? IT'S NUTELLA, PEOPLE!!!!
